1. Contact Us

If a web tool or the App is not working, processing fails, export does not work, purchase restore fails, or you have a correction, please email us at:

[email protected]

To help us investigate faster, please include the following information when possible:

  • Your device model and operating-system version;
  • For web tools, the browser name and version; for the app, the AllPic version;
  • The feature you were using, such as image compression, screenshot redaction, or image to PDF;
  • The steps that caused the issue;
  • A screenshot of the error if available. Please do not send original images that contain sensitive information.

2. Browser tool troubleshooting

AllPic web tools rely on browser decoding, Canvas, WebAssembly, WebGPU where available, and device memory. If a page stalls or an export fails, first try a smaller copy of the image, one file instead of a batch, and the latest version of a mainstream browser.

  • Confirm the input is an image format the browser can decode;
  • Keep the tab open while a large model is downloaded or a result is processing;
  • Check whether private browsing or a strict extension blocks model storage or third-party runtime files;
  • Reload once after clearing only this site's cached model data if a model download was interrupted;
  • Do not email private source images; use a non-sensitive sample that reproduces the issue.

Tool limitations and the result-review checklist are shown on supported detail pages. Use that checklist to confirm the downloaded file before sharing it.

3. Frequently Asked Questions

3.1 Does AllPic upload my images?

No. AllPic is designed around local processing. Images selected by users, editing content, and exported results are processed locally on the device by default and are not uploaded to AllPic servers.

3.2 Why did image processing fail?

Image processing may depend on image size, format, device memory, iOS version, and image content. If processing fails, try using a smaller image or re-importing the image before processing it again.

3.3 Why are local AI or portrait effects not obvious?

Local intelligent processing may depend on lighting, angle, occlusion, image clarity, and device performance. Some features work best with clear images, good lighting, and a well-defined subject.

3.4 Will local projects remain after deleting the App?

In most cases, deleting the App also deletes local projects, history, and settings stored by the App. Exported results saved separately to Photos or Files must be deleted by the user in those locations.

4. Purchases and Restore Purchase

AllPic Pro or other premium features are purchased through Apple App Store and StoreKit. AllPic does not access or store your payment card number, payment password, or billing address.

If you purchased AllPic Pro but your entitlement does not appear in the App, you can try:

  • Make sure the device is signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase;
  • Tap “Restore Purchase” inside the App;
  • Check your network connection and reopen the App;
  • If the issue continues, contact us by email.

Refunds, billing, and payment issues should be handled through Apple App Store or your Apple ID account.

5. Privacy and Permissions

AllPic may request Photos, Camera, Files, or Clipboard permissions when you actively use related features. These permissions are used only to complete the image processing tasks you choose.

You can manage AllPic permissions at any time in iOS system settings.

Read the full Privacy Policy (Website): https://allpic.app/web-privacy/

6. Feedback and Feature Requests

If you would like AllPic to add new image tools, workflows, export formats, or batch processing features, you can also email us.

We prioritize features related to local processing, privacy protection, image delivery, and productivity.

7. Response Time

We try to respond to user emails as soon as possible. Due to time zones and work schedules, replies may take some time.

If your issue is related to App Store purchases, refunds, or Apple ID billing, Apple may be the more appropriate support channel.
