AllPic Website Terms of Use

Effective: August 1, 2026

Applies to: allpic.app browser tools and guides

1. Using the service

You may use AllPic for lawful image editing and document preparation. You are responsible for the files you select, the instructions you give, the result you download, and compliance with copyright, privacy, publicity, employment, school, and other applicable rules.

2. Your files and rights

You retain your rights in files and outputs. Do not use the service to alter, remove ownership information from, or distribute material when you do not have the necessary permission. Processing a file in the browser does not grant new rights to that file.

3. Local processing and storage

Core tools are designed to process selected files in the browser. Settings, model files, and explicitly saved workflow drafts may remain in local browser storage. Clearing site data, using private browsing, changing devices, or uninstalling a browser can remove that state. Keep separate backups of important originals and exports.

4. AI and automated output

Model-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, visually implausible, or different across devices. OCR can misread text; segmentation can omit or include pixels; repair and upscaling can invent detail. Review outputs before use. Do not rely on AllPic as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, identity, safety, or evidentiary decisions.

5. Availability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. Browser support, device memory, model downloads, third-party libraries, and network conditions can affect performance. Features may be changed, limited, or withdrawn as the project is maintained.

6. Responsible use

Do not use AllPic to violate law, invade privacy, impersonate others, create deceptive evidence, distribute malware, bypass access controls, or overload the service. Automated access must respect published robots and rate limits.

7. Links, advertising, and third parties

The site may link to third-party services and may display advertising. A link or advertisement is not an endorsement. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may change when the product, law, or third-party services change. Material updates will be reflected by the effective date. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
